Return and Refund Policies
Maybe you bought it in the heat of the moment. Maybe it was fraud. Maybe we got something mixed up.
General, refunds are only available for unused digital content codes and DVD media that is unopened and in the same condition it was shipped. However, we realize there are extenuating circumstances at times. If any of the following apply to you or if you feel your case is exceptional, please contact us directly before taking any other action and we will work with you to get everything resolved satisfactorily.
Reasons for returns / refunds
- DVD was damage in shipping
- You did not place the order
- You accidentally placed one or more unintentional orders
- You were the victim of identity theft or fraud
